Websites for NDIS Providers

Participants, families and support coordinators all look at your website before they get in touch. We build accessible websites for NDIS providers that show what you offer, where you work and how to make a referral. From $799.

A website participants and coordinators can use

  • Your supports in plain English, such as support work, community access, supported independent living or therapy
  • Whether you are NDIS registered, and which plan types you work with: self-managed, plan-managed or NDIA-managed
  • The suburbs and areas you cover, to help you show up in local Google searches
  • A referral form for support coordinators and plan managers that sends each referral to the right person
  • A phone number people can tap to call
  • Launch: one page for $799, plus $30 a month for hosting and care. Growth: up to 5 pages from $2,500.

Built to be accessible

Many people reading your site have a disability. Some use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, or larger text. Others are family members or carers reading on a phone. We build every NDIS website to WCAG 2.2 level AA, the international standard for accessible websites. That means:

  • Strong colour contrast, and text that stays readable when it is made larger
  • Every page works with a keyboard and with screen readers
  • Images have text descriptions and videos have captions
  • Short sentences and plain words, with clear links to any Easy Read documents you have
  • Forms with clear labels, and error messages that say what to fix

Before launch, we test the site with automated checks, a keyboard and a screen reader.

Forms and tools that work with your software

Most NDIS providers already use software such as ShiftCare, Brevity or Lumary for rostering, notes and claims. That software stays. We build the pieces around it:

  • Referral and intake forms that ask for the details you need, such as the participant's plan type and the supports they want
  • Links from your website forms to your client software, where it allows, so staff don't re-type referrals
  • Service agreement and consent forms that people can fill in and sign online
  • Reports that bring numbers from rostering, claims and Xero or MYOB into one place

Larger tools get a fixed quote once we understand the job. See how system integrations work.

Privacy

Under the Privacy Act, details about a person's health or disability are sensitive information. A simple enquiry form only asks for contact details and a short message. When a referral form needs more, such as an NDIS number or support needs, we keep the data in Australia, encrypt it, limit who can see it and log who looks at it. Registered providers are also audited against the NDIS Practice Standards, which cover how participant information is kept.

For your IT person

Websites are hand-coded in Next.js and checked against WCAG 2.2 AA with axe, plus manual keyboard and screen reader testing. Forms and tools that hold participant details are built with Next.js or .NET on SQL Server, Azure SQL or PostgreSQL, hosted in an Australian Azure or AWS region. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is role-based with multi-factor sign-in, and access to participant records is logged. Connections to client management software use the vendor's API where one is available. You own the code.

No. Registered and unregistered providers both need a clear website. We make it obvious which you are, because participants whose plans are managed by the NDIA can only use registered providers. Self-managed and plan-managed participants can usually use either, but some supports, such as supported independent living, now need a registered provider.
Yes. We build to WCAG 2.2 level AA, the international standard for accessible websites, and test each site with a keyboard and a screen reader before it goes live.
It depends on the system. Some offer an API that other tools can use to add new clients or referrals. We check what yours allows before we quote. If it can't take referrals that way, the form still sends each one to the right person.
No. We're based in Brisbane and can meet in person across South East Queensland. We build for NDIS providers anywhere in Australia and work remotely with those outside the area.
