This policy explains what information Hireadev (“we” or “us”) collects when you use hireadev.com.au or contact us, and what we do with it.

1. What we collect

When you send our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number and message. If you call or email us, we keep a record of that too. We do not collect sensitive personal information.

2. How we use it

We use your information to:

• Reply to your enquiry or quote request
• Talk with you about your project
• Improve our website and services

We don't sell your information. We only share it with the services named below that help run this website, or when the law requires it.

3. Storage and security

Contact form messages are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service, and we send you a confirmation email the same way. A copy of each message may also be kept for a limited time in the server logs of our hosting provider, Vercel, so it can be recovered if an email fails. We keep your details only as long as we need them to respond to you and work with you.

4. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailinginfo@hireadev.com.au.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Vercel Analytics to understand how people use the site, and the OpenAI conversion pixel to measure whether our ads lead to enquiries. These tools may set cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. If we do, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
